பண்டைய வேத சமயம்

வேத காலத்தின் பிற்பகுதியில் வேத கலாச்சாரம் பரவியது. ஆரியவர்தா வடமேற்கு இந்தியா மற்றும் மேற்கு கங்கை சமவெளிக்கு மட்டுப்படுத்தப்பட்டது, அதே சமயம் கிழக்கில் உள்ள கிரேட்டர் மகதா வேதம் அல்லாத இந்தோ-ஆரியர்களால் ஆக்கிரமிக்கப்பட்டது. ஷாகாக்களின் இருப்பிடம் மெரூன் நிறத்தில் குறிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.
