123 உடன்படிக்கை என்பது 1954ஆம் ஆண்டு ஐக்கிய அமெரிக்கா இயற்றிய அணு ஆற்றல் சட்டத்தின் 123வது பகுதியான "மற்றைய நாடுகளுடனான உடன்பாடு" என்ற தலைப்பில் உள்ள உடன்படிக்கையைக் குறிக்கும். இந்த உடன்படிக்கை ஐக்கிய அமெரிக்கா ஏனைய நாடுகளுடன் அணுக்கரு தொடர்பில் ஏற்றுக் கொள்ளும் ஒப்பந்தங்களுக்கான முன் நிபந்தனைகளை வரையறுக்கிறது^[1].
