it is specific. lok sabha = மக்களவை is the name of the indian parliament. I am not aware of any other country whose parliament is named just as "people's assembly". Even if it is so, the term மக்களவை in tamil has been used to refer to the indian parliament for sixty years. So we should stick to it. --சோடாபாட்டில் 18:14, 10 நவம்பர் 2010 (UTC)

மக்களவை is the name of many Tamil assemblies in Europe and NA. It should be மக்களவை (India). In the same way national can not mean USA in the English Wikipeida.
